This 36ml dosage is quite a departure from previous recommended or conventional which I believe is 7.5ml for 400 mg twice a day.

Albenza is Not without risks.
Hair loss is what we typically see with prolonged use (harmless enough)

PANCYTOPENIA and bone marrow suppression are potentially fatal and should be monitored for carefully

The current guideline is to test liver enzymes for base line and repeat every 2 weeks

To promote such an unorthodox dosage should be done so with caution, accompanied with qualifying info and preferably peer reviewed medical literature
