Hygiene with parasites

I am really worried in regards to the hygiene practices while with parasites because of possible reinfection despite cleanses.
I have Ascaris and I wash on the daily basis bed sheets besides wearing all the clothes only once. And having at least two showers a day.
How do you deal with that?
