Re: Are there distinctions between Candida Fungus Skin Infection vs Internal Candida?

consider this:
the skin is naturally acidic to prevent fungal and bacterial infections but we deadhead humans wash ourselves with alkaline soap that removes the natural acids that take 4 hours to replenish. duhh.
There are one or two acidic soaps available if you look hard to find them. Use that or wash your skin with apple cider vinegar after you bath (because it is acidic)
Use baby powder also on moist areas of your skin since candida likes moistness and hates dryness.
Also cut out the sweets. Sugar feeds candida no matter where in the body it is, or in your case where on the body.
get some sun also because the ultraviolet light in sunlight is anti-fungal.
:-)
