As other posters have mentioned, do some internal cleansing. The liver may be of priority and it is best to use a milk thistle type of cleanse and increase methylation via b vitamins and general nutrition. Oftentimes the presence of pathogens will cause inner pollution so address gut health as this is the most likely place. Eat some real food and stay off the processed junk.
The world has changed dramatically and not having friends is not necessarily a bad thing :) Hang in there and do some positive things, life is a journey so enjoy the trip!
