Re: Help identifying a parasite
I tried all the cleanses.
Roundworm test
______________
I would dose a single std dose of Invermectin (IVM) 200ucg/kg. If symptoms go away for 12 hours, your primary problem (toxin) is from a round worm.
Clearing the GI trac
_____________________
I would dose a single dose of PinX, and repeat PinX every 3 weeks until two dose days come up with no reaction. You now can consider your GI trac clear. A paralysis agent like Piperazine Citrate (750 mg) is recommended to flush out the entire GI trac, with higher than normal dose of Magnesium Citrate on the day of the dose. I normally use 133mg per day of Magnesium Citrate, the flush amount is like 5000 - 10,000 mg. Magnesium is essential to protect your calcium loop.
Severe reaction clearing GI trac?
_________________________________
If you have a severe reaction to PinX, consider worms are outside the GI trac.
Clear the hook worms
____________________
I would be tempted to stay on Piperazine Citrate to clear the Pinworms, if they have moved around a bit. 750 mg (3X)/D for 14 days (85kg) should handle worms inside and outside the GI trac. If you get a CNS or brain reaction, back down on dose quickly. This indicates eggs in your system, or another undetected parasite.
Balance the Body
________________
I would start Potassium Citrate 99mg, Magnesium Sulfate 1030mg Dr Clark, 4-6 Source Naturals-Source of Life #3058, 6 Zinc Sulfate -Rising, 3 Selenium chelate, and 3 vitamin A Palmitate. You are not complaining, but catching your salt chemistry, and a few other loops cannot hurt. You also may want to start 2 Chaparral by Arizona naturals.
Clear Tapeworms
_______________
After PinX clears the GI trac, you will need to go onto Praziquantel (PZQ) to clear the tapeworms. I buy PZQ 50 Gram containers, and take a level measuring type teaspoon per day for 100kg weight, in wet yogurt. I do this for 14 days. (7) days if they are inside the GI trac alone. If your
Tapeworms are outside the GI trac, a longer duration of 20, 28 days or more may be required.
The odds are the
Tapeworms are in the GI trac, but with those large seeds, I am not sure.
I would lower the PZQ dose, or split the dose into 1/2 teaspoon, 2X per day, if you have nausia, or pain in the gi trac.
If after a couple of months you still have hook worms, (symptoms go away with a single dose of IVM) you may need Albendazole (say 25mg/kg/D) for a couple of weeks.
