Help identifying a parasite

I have been seeing white balls in my stool for a long time, whenever i take something anti-parasitic (garlic and cayenne pepper) i see "sesame seeds" and really thin long worms in my stool. Usually those sesame seeds are like 2 cm long but few days ago in my stool was one which was like 6cm long atleast. I dont have picture of those sesame seeds but i have one picture of this really thin worm, i think its only part of worm because worms that are in my stool are usually a lot longer.
