I read your message, I think there is a typo?

White balls - ok.

sesame seeds - ok.
Thin long worms - ok.

"Usually those sesame seeds are 2 cm long ?
Do you mean the Thin worms are usually 2 cm long?

The sesame seeds could be Tapeworm eggs.
The thin worms could be hookworms. These are prevalent in the south eastern US.

The 6 cm worms are tbd, how thick were they? Red, White, or Translucent?
