Hi!

I definitely did NOT experience any nausea or vomiting.

I do recommend you use the Celtic Sea Salt rather than regular Sea Salt - the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) came the closest to making me want to retch.

I can't say enough about how great I felt once I got into the MC. I highly recommend the experience.
