If you check out "The Pauling therapy for Cardiovascular Disease", seems like Lp(a) is a more significant indicator of CVD than trigs.

l-ascorbic acid, l-lysine and l-proline reduce Lp(a). they do a whole lot more, but the Lp(a) number is a sign they are working, and one that even mainstream doctors will be happy with.
