Fruit is definitely good for you and high in C but not everyone can eat a lot of fruit. I can't eat a lot of fruit because of my diabetes (uncontrolled) and I have iron overload (Hemochromatosis) in which vitamin C helps your body absorb iron which is bad for my condition. That's why I cannot take Vit C supplements. I did a lot of research on what food has the highest C in it without all the Sugar and I found that Hibiscus is very high in C. I make a tea out of it and because it is very sour, I add stevia. Very delicious and also good for high blood pressure from what I read.
