Re: 40 day master cleanse

Updating again for day 20.. My tongue is pink all around the edges and that is slowly moving inwards. I thought I was going for 40 but I am a little worried that Ill be pink before than. (Waste of maple syrup and lemonade will unfortunately happen if thats the case.)

Anyways, that is kind of cool anyways. I Will try to post before and afters when I get done also... by the way. I have seen some really serious results both in size and tongue color. Again, I am not weighing myself so I have no idea how much weigh I am losing. I don't have a scale to do that.

I will update again when day 25 rolls around. That will be a thursday for me.

I am not that worried about it. I know ill make it that long. My birthday is on the 13th and it sucks knowing I won't be able to do anything for it. But, I am okay with that.

We have silver week in Japan after next next week so that also means Ill have a nice easy no work sail in for day 40 if I decide to go that long.
