40 day master cleanse

Hey, everyone. I have been browsing this for a while now. I am work currently and just felt like updating my own master cleanse information.

I am currently on a 40 day master cleanse. It started as 30 day shot and I have moved it up due to health and financial difficulties. Also, my tongue is still disgusting. There is that.

Anyways. I am on day 10. I want to update every 5 days or so. I might come on more if I need some advice or want to update people on something.

I will let you know if I quit, why i quit, if I made it, etc. I will be transitiong off for at least 5 days. Done on September 25th and transitioning off 26-30.

I live in Japan so its a little expensive but not terrible. 200 yen for lemons a day (1400 a week). About 2000 yen for maple syrup a week. Bought the pepper (two bottles) 620 yen each.

Ive got my supplies bought up to day 20 than Im going to play it by ear. Will but 4 days worth of stuff per extension after that hoping to extend to 40 days and a pink tongue. Tweet
