Re: 40 day master cleanse

Im going for at least 30 days. I have lemons and supplies for 40 days. So we will see what happens on that.

Congrats on getting to day 5. I thought days 6-7-8 were the hardest so stick it out. It looks like you get hard days every 7-8 days.

day 16 was just the worst but I have a lot of stress coming in right now too.

Significant other had her bank account frozen by a debtor. I am now worried, in general, about banks.

Anyways, Day 17 is over and Day 18 is coming. I'll be at 22 next Monday. I'll hit 30 2 days after my birthday.

Luckily if I choose to go for 40 Japan has a holiday string called silver week starting on day 34 that last until day 40. It'll probably make things much easier.
