Re: Leaky gut, SIBO, Candida, Psoriasis... Need assistance
Well sure, I was myself making regularly liposomal vitamin C in past with jewelyry cleaner, and i think i run to trouble with it by using it too much, Newport says vitamin C can eliminate BIO available copper and iron so that might be why i felt it caused something bad, my candida also gone to worse then, and i think copper is needet to keep candida in control, so IMO i would not use liposomal vitamin C more than tiny amounts or not at all,or then make sure you get enough copper & iron, i dont know for sure but i am litle scared to use liposomal vitamin c on constantly becouse it is quite powerful and may flush out nutrients from the cell more better than other vitamin C. If you would have pneunomia or bad infection etc liposomal vitamin C can be a life saver, but it is quite powerfull stuff to use regulary IMO. Also using soy lecithing for making liposomal products are not good for health, i would use sunflower lecithing. Maybe using tiny smaller amounts would be ideal, but i am not sure.

You can get good results by using sodium ascorbate , which is better for stomach than ascorbic acid, i think using some bio flavonoids and natural vitamin C like camu camu & acerola and others with it will make sodium ascorbate work better and longer in the body.
Liposomal glutathione is to me great stuff, it is critical for body to have glutathione, but heavy metals seems to shut down the production causing even more accumalation of toxics to body.
coffee enemas help body to make it, but liposomal also seems to work imo, i dont think there is no need doing IVs of glutathione, i only used bulletproof brand but probably there are several alternative choises, bulletproof have too many ingredients in it i think.
Oysters do have lots of zink. But do they have heavy metals also ?
