Re: Leaky gut, SIBO, Candida, Psoriasis... Need assistance
Thanks, Did not realize he was close by. Dr. Amy Nett's in San Mateo and is even closer to my location.
Have you seen and/or have they helped so far?
Seeing Kresser or any of affiliates he oversees, personally trains would be incredible, IMO. But I would imagine his clinic would be extra expensive though and the waitlist being long. If they see me and I don't improve then I don't know where else to turn to. My DNA must be damage and I need technology from the future 2030 or something. I submitted an application.
anyways, Chris is one of my favorite Dr.s out there posting
Science backed information and his research, way he explains things is very good. I listen to his podcasts, revolution health radio. like his stuff a lot.
Sean croxton too, some of these people make learning about health fun, easy and interesting which I something I need because it is stressful to constantly think, feel something all day. It's hampered my life, my goals and affects everyone around me. I'm trying to bounce ideas back and forth.
Another person I like is Crista Orrechio? Anyone else know her and listen, read or watch her stuff? And done her program(s)? I think she's great too, very informative. Most of her information she puts out there makes the most sense. logical. Her story is I believe she abused
Antibiotics a lot growing up and her dad is a pharmacist. She had a lot of experience in the matter of candida, sibo, LG specifically and has a embedded wealth of knowledge from her experience, practice and upbringing or what not.
I listen to her podcasts, youtube, visit wholejourney site. I'm iffy about the spit test being really reliable but she does recommend 'regular' tests as well in conjunction of them. She claims most who test positive for that also do so on blood, stool test for candida.
She recommends consecutive bone broths with enemas or
colonics for 4 days straight for yeast. Then some diet, anti fungal rotation for some extended time period. She seems knowledgeable in others health topics as well (adrenals,
Liver Flush and oral health, diet recommendations, and more).
Dr. Terry Wahls too. She has gotten a lot of pub even thought she has a diet, treatment pan derived and similar to AIP or Paleo. Not sure how it'll help with our problems but she says patients with autoimmune diseases of all sorts do respond well. I want to do something like that where I can save a ton of money and make juicing, eating healthy and exercise a lifestyle. She is a M.D. who was recently diagnosed with MS and cured it or set into remission. It is interesting and similar to other stuff I've read but she delves more on why what she is doing has worked off her research and how people do it. I'm trying to incorporate a food based approach myself but have to find the right balance with medications, stress, sleep and supplements.
As for what I'm doing in the upcoming days. A
colonic tomorrow night, which is the first in about 7 months. I really want to learn about doing
coffee enemas for increasing bile flow. But I am starting my second Moritz liver flush.
Can people do consecutive
colonics and find it safe? What do I do for the small intestine?
For juicing, I've juiced kale, collards, beets, beet leaves, parsley and carrots. The feel, texture after drinking a cup was nothing like my other juices. I've only used my Omega NC800 juicer twice and I highly recommend it. We'll see how long it lasts. omega beats my old Breville by a long shot.. no pulp or leakage, easy to clean.
Are there anything I haven't covered in my original post that I should be doing other than linking up with a specific practitioner soon?
Umm..Those
coffee enemas and increasing bile flow. How effective are these to increase bile flow?
