thanks ginagirl that is reassuring. I am happy I went up to 100mg Iodine & I'm getting good effects now I've dropped the B2/B3. I am spacing it equally throughout the day 4 x 25mg. Surprisingly it's not stopping me sleeping at all, it seems.
I've always had problems with certain Bs, and spent too long experimenting only to get sick from them. Seems like I only need a tiny bit of B2, otherwise I get unwell from it, even if I balance with the other Bs. Overall, I think right now I'm better off getting my Bs from food (I feel better that way). And maybe I'll take tiny bits of niacin and B2 when I feel like it with breakfast only.
