Has anyone done Iodine successfully *without* B2 & B3?
I found out that the ATP cofactors is giving me big problems. I was feeling so mentally woozy and almost dizzy, I couldn't think straight, didn't feel myself at all, and just felt yuck.
It was worse when I took a whole ATP Cofactors at once, instead of taking half at breakfast and half at lunch. That tipped me off that it was the problem. So I stopped the ATP Cofactors and within a day felt myself again.
I am doing (fingers crossed) pretty good now. I am on 100mg/day iodoral (started about 2 weeks ago). I've got some bromide spots on my legs but don't mind them, and also I am sleeping a lot but that is good as I need it (I think it is part of detox).
I'm taking:
100mg iodoral
600mg magnesium
200mcg selenium
6,000mg vitamin C
1-2 tsp celtic salt + some potassium chloride
6mg boron
I'm watching my diet and trying to ensure I eat enough high-b-vitamin foods for my b vitamins
I am wondering if anyone else had success on
Iodine without taking ATP Cofactors or B2/B3?
Thanks!
