Desert Lili, why do you say people with a weak heart should not dry fast? I don't know if I have a weak heart but over the last 3 years or so I have had some very mild pains around my chest frequently. EKGs and other tests detected nothing.

I did a 2 day dry fast 8 days ago and I think that has helped me, although I need some time to see.
