I did not say Autolysis does not happen for everyone. I was simply saying everyone is different and Autolysis can happen earlier or later in the fast.

You are not in trouble. You really need to give your body time to heal and clean. I feel that you are hung up on "what ifs" and getting worried.

Check out Dr. Schulze 's kidney flush. I use his flush package.

All types of berries, red bell pepper, cabbage, cauliflower, apples, oinions and garlic are good foods for kidney health.
