Good thing that BP monitor works. I know for sure that benefits from 8 fast will definitely retain, it is however, dependent on how you eat after your fast, avoid toxins from other sources etc.

Yes, Dr. Shelton says that even goose egg size cysts disappear, however, not for all people.

Have faith in this way of realigning, it will happen. Sometimes it takes a bit longer for some than others.

Did you check Dr. Gerson therapy? It is worth looking into this.

Detox happens everyday, liver does this everyday because we have so many toxins coming in our body, so body does its job even when we are not fasting. So there is no clear cut rule when Autolysis happens. I have done many fasts, I recall that once I had a 1/2" round cyst on my right knee, which went away first upon fasting, but then I was still detoxing, my urine got very brown on 7th day. My tongue usually stays pink. So we can never nail these things down. Each fast is different.
