neck and jaw are in dependence

Hi there,
I have similar teeth alignment discomfort as you do. I have also neck misalignment. Seeing a chiro- for the latter. Jaw and neck are in inter-dependence, so this is one of the reasons you may get funky teeth sensations, given that biting as in eating is not thereto help re-align the jaw, while fasting.
I suggest chiro- and/or foam-roller massaging (like in the MELT method). Gentle stretching ... but most importantly finding exactly what your neck problem is in order to counteract it.
