I see that postural hypotension is a result of blood going to the legs and less to the heart and brain and so the heart must pump harder and blood vessels constrict. Blood is pooled at the legs. I see one thing to do is to exercise the legs more and squeeze your calves before getting up. I really haven't been exercising while on this fast, but every time I walk around, this hypotension goes away. I will exercise for an hour each day.
