Measured blood pressure a second time, because I thought digesting food will raise blood pressure, and instead it was even lower--81/54, hr 141. So I went and drank a cup of water. Then it became 92/66, very normal, hr 121. After eating and drinking water, weight 117.6 lb. not bad. Guess it is from eating half a bowl only and not too much watermelon. I used to gain like five lb from eating. This time only two lb. Very good.
