Re: How do you get through the wall?

kmg4,

I am sorry to hear about your stressful situation. So during a fast, especially a long one, it is very important to rest. Doing some chores without exerting your body is actually good for the blood flow. However, the hyper feeling and running around is never a good idea.

Stress comes in many colors. So if I were to know what it is exactly stressful to you, perhaps I can be more helpful, you can PM me about that. I can generalize about stress. Stress in general is not good for anyone in any situation, but it is more important to learn how to deal with it and release it, get it out of your body and mind.

So a few things you can do is to sit alone without any disturbances from loved ones and just stay still and let your mind think of things it wants and you discard it. If you can put a candle in front of you and focus on the flame only that will help you also. Second thing you can do is after a stressful event just sit down and breath deep with your abdomen, meaning your stomach goes in and out with each breath instead of your chest. If you practice this you will feel energized with an even flow and not high and lows. Third, have a loved one or a friend help you with taking care of things that may be stressful for you.

Lastly, acceptance of the circumstances, good and bad, is one way of negating the impact of it.

Autolysis not totally stop because you are not eating, but with heavy stress it may slow down. So I would not worry about it and focus on how to get rid of the stress.

My cyst is a mass and not filled with fluid. It is true that fluid filled cysts are autolyzed faster.

Rest my friend and keep warm.
