Have fasted before up to 3 weeks and each time is different. My question is How do you get through that detox wall when the going gets tough?
Its my first week and already I can't sleep/days seem so long/ No hunger-cravings/time just seems so slow/im resting and the body is doing is thing/ dont feel need to eat but the other stuff is building -
To answer my question: do i just take it day by day? I get each fast is different this first week already feels like week 3 any tips on the wall?
Plus Im drinking water but its a task - i dont want to due to taste in out or just dont feel need, but my urine tells me to drink more - dark and hesitant - have upped intake to resolve
+ What are peoples thoughts on enemas and saunas to help with detox? Sheldon doesn't prescribe it etc
