What are your thoughts about laying down vs. normal activities during a fast?

In my case, unfortunately, the fast has coincided with a time of elevated stress in my life, for reasons beyond my control. Being stressed out can be a problem for autolysis, I think.

At the same time, I feel higher energy. I pace around the house, and feel an urge to do chores...but is this activity compromising the autolysis?

Lastly, in your kidney cyst, is it solid or filled with fluid? I read in soilandhealth that a fluid-filled cyst gets autolyzed more quickly..
