i suggest your primary care physician,
let him do some elisa testing,
forget stool testing,

some parasites can eat brain, a mri is usually done to rule out the cyst kind in the brain, they usually treat that one.

you need help with a better doctor. ask the forum for any doctors in your area.

there are only a half a dozen, and they are very hard to find, mainstream montreal hospital has one that i have heard of. i read a few research papers. they have a strong parasitology research group, you may have some luck talking to them, to identify any that are connected to practicing physicians.

i have expertise in round worms, and the odd protozoan. yours are different than i have experience with, while worms can explode, sounds like breaking, or bursting balloon, i have ascarid, never come out nose. dark sounds like stronglyoides. the other flat worms sound like flukes, praziquantel works on them.

i think i would test first, you wont die, just seams like it.

definitely take minerals, metals, zinc sulfate, msm.

keep your liver and kidneys flushed.
