Re: dhea-help!

DHEA in high doses is DANGEROUS and can produce excessive testosterone in women. I suggest you quit DHEA IMMEDIATELY. I had adverse reactions to a 5MG dose (and I'm a male), I can't begin to imagine what I would have felt like on 100!

What did you take the DHEA for? And for how long have you been on it?

Never take medical advice from just any one, consult a doctor or practitioner. People on forums are even sometimes equipped with much better information, you should have asked here prior to taking ANY hormonal supplement. Even the most conventional health websites on the first page of a Google search will tell you that DHEA should be taken with caution and never exceed AT LEAST a 20mg dose.

Stop taking ALL the supplements you're on and focus on nutrition.
