Right now you are bleeding because of the warfarin interacting with you fasting-low-level blood coagulation factors. You need to have a supervised fast with tests everyday. You can bleed to death doing what you are doing right now. Just rap it up and look for a better way to fast next time, as per above advice and my msg.
