Stop fasting on warfarin. Honestly, I don't get your reason for fasting at all. God wants you to?? What does that even mean? If there is a god I'd imagine he'd want you to take care of yourself, not fast on warfarin until you bleed out. Please let common sense prevail here. What does your prescribing doctor say about fasting while on blood thinners? What does a simple google search say about fasting on warfarin?
