Re: Clenching jaw...?

Few reasons you might be clenching your teeth (Bruxism)

PARASITES- Get on a long gentle parasite cleanse,
make sure it is a broad spectrum cleanse

DRINKING COFFEE OR SMOKING -Stop all caffeine, and do deep breathing instead, and stop smoking if you do for a while. But caffeine is the big one to make the body feel stressed out

CHRONIC PAIN- Perhaps the clenching is a response to neck pain or shoulder pain or some other bodily pain . Consider getting regular massages and have more a gentle work and walk to the park daily if possible evaluate after a few months how you feel.

STRESS OUT - Start walking then running do yoga nothings can calm you down and keep you calm like yoga. Be Mindful practice do meditation is amazing and works miracles. Also go to bed at 9:30 or 10:00 at the latest, lack of sleep can make the body stressed out .

If your stressed out get with a counselor, find out what the causes are.

Avoid stressed out and crazed people for a while, you know what I mean.... people that always have drama and/or seem anxious or loud extreme types or they make you feel stressed when your in their presence . Listen to you inner voice.

SEE A DENTIST -Get a custom fitted mouth guard or
buy one at the local drug store. A custom fitted one is little costly, but call your friendly dentist office and find out the cost.
