Definitely wait until after your trip. That way
if you pick up any *strange* freeloaders, they
will go out with the wash~!

Don't be nervous. I felt so great after parasite
cleansing, I do it once or twice a year as a
preventative measure. Just as you would worm your
pet, why not yourself~? Its a great part of good
body maintenance.
