By the way in my case it is a wound cause it started cause i licked picked at my lips and i exfoliated my lip completely cause it was dry and then it bleeded, it can only be a wound.

i think EC is a Wound cause all who have EC dont let their lips heal itself cause they cant in public with these lips i know it.
and as longer u pick at your lips as longer it takes to heal itself (in my opinion).

and remember.. A wound also gets white when it get wet.
