You can test your methylation by having a week of dinners heavy with lightly-cooked spinach and kale. 200 grams per night should do you well, but don't cook it over 70c or throw out the water! Over 70c and most of the folate gets destroyed.
If you feel better after the first two days, and 3 days after completing the week of folate-rich kale and spinach, then adding the supplements mentioned earlier in this thread should help a good deal.
Just be careful not to have the Folapro, b-12 and b1 too close to bedtime, the energyburst can be a bit of a bitch late in the day. ;-) The B6 P5P is otherwise a good one. It helps with remembering dreams.
