CAN LF cure Alzheimer's?

I had done 20 LF in last 6 month release about 8000 small stones did feel more energy but every problem with my brain does not seem to improve or only mild improve, especially my ALZHEIMER's (can't focus on anything now,confusion my eye sign are so dull,lost my leaning skills short-term memory lost,lost my social skills feel so shitty devastating,lots feares. i thought LF would fix me losing my motivation.i'm 27 male have 20 LF along with 10 clone cleanse, take tart churry,GCG 4 CHINESE bitters, milk thistle,probiotic apples,apple cinder vinegar, stone free cap.,fresh lemon and honey with water had done 3 month kidney cleanse.last week got a book call (alzheimer's no more from andreas) got some of supplements that andreas suggest Vitamin b12,ALA, uridine,choline omega-3 DHA turmeric flavonoids caffine even dark chocolate,really hoping this ganna help me, does anyone know anything about alzheimer's plz shares some commons or anything would be appreciate。 Tweet
