DE is a good anti parasite ingredient. However, it was recommended to cleanse the colon first before doing any parasite cleanse.

And in my experience, DE caused constipation. So, ensuring elimination of the toxic waste created by the parasites exited your body is important.

Anyway, if you want to kill the parasites, but does not like using herbs/DE, you can try zapper.

I am no fave of synthetic drugs, but when the case is urgent, they are very good and useful.

You can also try castor oil flush. It's basically acts as a Colon Cleanse and parasite cleanse. For more info, you can search the forum for the term.
