Diatomaceous earth - Die Off or Parasites scattered? Help!

Hello everyone,

I am a 27y/f from europe and I recently started using DE food grade 1tsp per day for 7 days because I heard about it being great for your body and cleansing. After those 7 days I suddenly got extremely nauseated/sick, I had the constant feeling of bugs or whatever crawling through my legs, arms, neck and back and a constant migraine/brain fog. I literally thought I would die and could not do anything for a week!

I went to the doctor a couple of times, but he told me after some blood tests that I have a vitamin B12 deficiency and gave me some pills.

The extreme crawling has now mostly changed into a sort of needle/painful feeling in my calfs and arms and they also have irregular twitches and spasms that I can't control. I also have severe random ear pain and migraines on the left and right side of my head. Also it starts crawling again at night and my heart area starts hurting, preventing me from sleeping and I feel extremely tired all day even after 1.5 weeks after getting seriously ill from the DE and aforementioned symptoms.

I am genuinely terrified and scared for my life. What could this be? Is it still die-off, possibly a toxic/allergic reaction to the DE that will just go away or do I have parasites that I now scattered in my body (I saw them dead in the toilet, so the DE worked, I think they were roundworms)? What would the best course of action be? Because the doctor won't think it is anything serious. Thanks in advance!
