Thank you for the encouragement...I tried to sleep buy by 11:30AM gave up I seem to be less achy when sitting, standing or moving.
I took some lemonade w/o the cayenne and made it with 2T extra lemon juice this morning
The worst is not running to the Tylenol to relieve the pain/fever....
As Dory find Finding Nemo sang:
"Just Keep Sipping....just keep sipping".....LOL
