Day 4: Woke up with the FLU HELP!

Last night I went to bed fine, and at 4AM it felt as though a truck had rolled over me. The aches in my leg were intense, fever, runny nose, cough, teary eyes.

I know this is not detox as my 16 year old was sick two weeks ago and my fiance has been sick as a dog this week with the same flu symptoms.

I am running a low grade fever of about 100.9. I just did my SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) (try typing out a message LOL)

Has anyone else ever gotten the flu on the fast? If so, did you continue? Is there anything I should be worried about?

I will say this, where it took 3-4 days for the two other family members to get all of the symptoms, mine hit fast and hard, almost like it is accelerating through my body
