Sure, Look winter or local honey can be from any source. Like trash cans! yep, trash can honey you know maple syrup corn syrup big red soda any carb the bees can find. Unless you know the beekeeper try to only buy wild honey. Wild honey is from the areas local flowers not cultivated. Wild honey contains lots of pollen from the native plants and can help with allergies. Local honey is mostly corn syrup
