I found a retailer that sells raw honey. There are two kinds made by the same brand, one called Wild Honey and the other called Winter Honey. As the former is almost twice as expensive as the latter, I asked the retailer why.
She said Wild Honey is from bees that live in the wild, while Winter Honey is from bees in a bee farm. I tried the tastes and found Wild Honey has a much stronger taste which is more satisfying for the taste buds.
However, she couldn't answer when I asked which one is more beneficial to health. Can someone throw light on this issue? (If there is no health difference, I would buy the much cheaper Winter Honey in the future.)
