I should have specified, I don't eat red meat and I do not eat dairy, I also stay away from refined sugars. So not really paleo and 90% vegan. I just meant I cut out Sugar and dairy. I have a raw vegan smoothie for breakfast, salad of leafy greens and fish or chickpeas for lunch and vegetables with tofu in the evening. Snacks are grapefruit OR raw vegan snack bars if I NEED it. I drink unsweetened almond milk and herbal teas. It really isn't my diet that needs fixing unless something odd is bothering me...
