First thing to do is to stop drinking alcohol. Alcohol is a form of sugar. Also it is not good for your liver. Take out all soy products from your diet, if you are worried about access estrogen.
Fats not digesting means your gallbladder is clogged. You need bile to digest fats. Fats also digest in the intestines with the release of bile. Liver Flush
will help you a lot, but you should prepare for it.
Start with apples, apple cider vinegar, apple juice with your meals. Meals should be very light and no fats in it starting a week before you intend to flush. Take turmeric powder evry night before bedtime. Alternative to apples is Malic acid tablets.
Then do your flush with either Dr. Clark or Dr. Shutter protocol.
I have done both, but prefer Dr. Clark' s method.
You mention that you look like you are pregnant. This means that you are storing fat in your mid section. I would check the cortisol levels and stress management. You mention Hypothyroid, to be sure you should take basal temperature for a week to see if you are Hypo or not. Thyroid tests Do not tell you much.
If none of this helps, go on a water only fast. Start slow, three days first and next time five days then ten.
