Re: might post more later
May I suggest you consider doing what works for me in sorting through the myriad amounts of information.
My brain needs structure and organisation so I gain that through either one of two methods.
I buy Reams of butchers paper and texts and put the paper up on my walls and keep a texta nearby all the time.
I use it to take notes and slowly structure a regime or conclusions.
This works wonders for me and reduces my stress. I know I can walk by the list and add or subtract or refine something that is written.
I have dark green walls in my home, so sometimes I write on my walls with white chalk. Then transfer the information to paper later.
I find the written word helps my organisational mindset as it triggers pondering and new ideas or changes in my approach.
Try it, you may find the same.
I also keep a scrapbook journal of what I am doing and keep notes and dates and dosages in it. It is necessary as stress causes your brain to be unable to store short term memory.
I hope some of this is useful to you.
