Re: stroke vs supplements

Yes I agree, Magnesium chlorid is excellent, a small molecule, cheap, so helpful !

It is my everyday "bitter apero", a chlorid portion of Mg is very helpful for digestion as well as that of Na.

I am always taking MgCl with coenzyme Q10, Taurine and vit. B6 - it is Taurine that helps Mg to enter the cells, so another reason for your Mom to take Taurine.

May I also suggest for your Mom to take Phosphatidylserine (best nourishing for brain cells, especially after a stroke) or Phosphatidylcholine, they are, of course, in yolks, so she can eat a "sabayon", very tasty and so good for brain cells.

Wishing you all the best and courage !

P.S.:
What about these so called neurological pains, she complaining about this strange feeling or pain on her left side?
