Re: Herb/Food recommendations for low blood sugar.

Thank you.

Yep. Back in 2011 I'd say I did a good 20-30 flushes and got out far more than 2000 stones... when I first started eating more healthy fat and healthy foods, my liver just started dumping stones like crazy... hundreds at a time... some the size of ping pong balls.. and it was insane... I really wish I would have kept some of them.

After a good 4 months, I didn't get anymore of them out.. I didn't get any more flukes out.. (I flushed 1000s of those too... and it was disgusting and not fun)... ever since then... I haven't seen anything in my stool that shows any debris (except for a little bit last year) and I eat a good amount of healthy oils and fats...

... quick question... when I put a stethoscope to the liver and it roars like Niagara falls after eating a T of oil, that's a pretty good sign it's in good shape, right? Considering the flow is awesome?

Thanks for everything Uny. I never thought I'd get my life back after all of this and the drugs are decreasing in dosage every day. I can't wait until I'm off of everything so I can go full tilt and get back to being healthy... something I haven't been in over 10 years.
