Just wondering if you could make a few suggestions. As I'm weaning my Valium (Hydrocortisone to be followed), I've been dealing with low blood Sugar most days and it's a serious pain in the butt.
Are there any recommendations out there?
Eating ~60g vegan protein (so that's no issue) from legumes, nut. yeast, raw veggies, quinoa and eating plenty (probably too much) healthy fats.. 5-6 T of Coconut/Wheat Germ Oils and a few avocados.
I have a case of cellulitis that is plaguing my face and have taken 4 cloves of raw garlic tonight and remembered that that is helpful for blood sugar.
