Re: Herb/Food recommendations for low blood sugar.

What exactly is considered normal blood Sugar by your standards Uny?

I run in the mid 80's-90's throughout the day... with a range of about 70-110.

I've gone through over a year and a half of deep colon cleansing and many, many flushes.. my liver flows like a river at this point.. after getting out thousands of stones. Still eat plenty of healthy fats.. keep it flowing... doing liver reflexology on occasion still.

My problem at the moment is 99% pharmaceutical/adrenal fatigue related, in my opinion.

Currently down to 15mg of Hydrocortisone and 5.75mg of Valium.

Considering dropping from 15mg of HC to 10mg HC over the course of a few months (micro-tapering small bits each day) and sitting there until I finish up the Valium taper so that I have some level of support.

Thank you for the support. :)
