Ive never tried homemade yogurt, but Ive read many good things about it. I didnt have the patience really to try anything else, I just went back to probiotic capsules. I've read homemade yogurt made with probotic strains, are superior to kefir, kombucha, and many others. I also have read that RAW, unpasteurized sauerkraut can have up to 1 trillion CFU of probiotics in them. Again, I havnt tried neither of these, but Ive read the benefits are promising.
However, you can make both of these on your own, and really dont have to purchase them. Its many videos on fermenting yogurt and sauerkraut. I think I may try the saurkraut this week actually.
