It would be helpful to know the parasite first, but this may be impossible.

I am treating the H. Pylori with traditional Antibiotics , and will be requesting a cocktail for parasite.

Note: If the Antibiotics kill bacteria protecting you from the parasite, it could be dangerous. This is my main concern, and will be discussing this with the specialist.
